East Tennesseans for Airfare Competition (ETAC) is a nonprofit business coalition created for the purposes of organizing community support for the Metropolitan Knoxville Airport Authority's efforts to bring low-fare air service to McGhee Tyson Airport and educating the community on how to support and keep low fare service in our region.

What's new with ETAC

ETAC has worked with and supported the work of the Metropolitan Knoxville Airport Authority's efforts to bring Frontier Airlines to McGhee Tyson Airport since 2003. ETAC is happy to announce that Frontier will begin flying out of McGhee Tyson Airport with service starting June 7. Travelers will find more affordable fares going west to Frontier's hub in Denver and beyond. Check it out on their website at www.frontierairlines.com and remember, the only way we keep the low fares is to keep the low fare airline. Support them by flying on their planes as often as possible!
